Breastfeeding is nutrition that is made by the mother's body. The composition of breast milk continually adapts to the needs of the baby. It contains nutrients and antibodies that can support the baby in the development of the immune system.
For some women, breastfeeding can happen very naturally, while for others it takes more time and practice. In the first few days after birth, we assist together with the maternity care in establishing and initiating feeding.

Bottle feeding is specially formulated baby food that contains all the essential nutrients a baby needs to grow properly. This food is given with a bottle.
Some parents consciously choose this, while others may switch during the postpartum period or later.
Every situation is different. Some parents already know in advance what food they want to provide, while others discover this along the way.
During pregnancy and in the postpartum period, there is always room to talk about this and ask questions. We are happy to think along with you and look together at what suits you and your baby.
